Thank you for partnering with us for this exciting fundraiser. This year’s event is led by volunteer members of the Woman’s Exchange that are here to ensure a successful event and positive consignor experience. Please join us in thanking our chairpersons for 2024:

As a consignor, your responsibilities include (click links to complete forms):
Complete an IRS Form W-9 (required to issue your monthly payment for items sold)
Complete your Inventory Form. You will get a copy of your submission to your email. Printing is OPTIONAL. We will have a record of your submission at check in. You may submit more than one form if you have additional items.

Pay $20 Consignor Fee upon arrival at the front desk. Present receipt to volunteers upon check in.

70%: $7 (70% of sales price of $10)
Your items may be displayed in the Event Room (Gallery) and/or Retail Shop, as we move items around for greater visibility.
Please do not bring items that did not sell last year.
Label and bring your own display item if needed.
You can sign or initial on each piece or attach a small label, but we do not display your business cards.
Items not picked up by October 4, 2024 will be considered donated to the WE.
We mail checks for what has sold on the 10th of each month.
