Thank you for partnering with us for this exciting fundraiser. This year’s event is led by volunteer members of the Woman’s Exchange that are here to ensure a successful event and positive consignor experience. Please join us in thanking our chairpersons for 2024:

As a consignor, your responsibilities include (click links to complete forms):

  1. Complete the Consignor Contract

  2. Complete an IRS Form W-9 (required to issue your monthly payment for items sold)

  3. Complete your Inventory Form. You will get a copy of your submission to your email. Printing is OPTIONAL. We will have a record of your submission at check in. You may submit more than one form if you have additional items.

  4. Pay $20 Consignor Fee upon arrival at the front desk. Present receipt to volunteers upon check in.

70%: $7 (70% of sales price of $10)

  • Your items may be displayed in the Event Room (Gallery) and/or Retail Shop, as we move items around for greater visibility.

  • Please do not bring items that did not sell last year.

  • Label and bring your own display item if needed.

  • You can sign or initial on each piece or attach a small label, but we do not display your business cards.

  • Items not picked up by October 4, 2024 will be considered donated to the WE.

  • We mail checks for what has sold on the 10th of each month.
