2024 WE CHRISTMAS SHOP

Shop Open M-F October 28 - December 20, 10am-4pm
Thank you for partnering with us for our annual fundraiser. This year’s event is led by volunteer members of the Woman’s Exchange that are here to ensure a successful event and positive consignor experience. Please join us in thanking our chairpersons for 2024:

As a consignor, your responsibilities include (click links to complete forms):
Complete an IRS Form W-9 (required to issue your monthly payment for items sold)
Complete your Christmas Shop Inventory Form. You will get a copy of your submission to your email. Printing is OPTIONAL. We will have a record of your submission at check in. You may submit more than one form if you have additional items.

Schedule your appointment time to bring in your items using the schedule picker on this page. Check-in dates are October 7-18 from 10am-2:30pm.
Pay $20 Consignor Fee upon arrival at the front desk. Present receipt to volunteers upon check in.

Complete the inventory page (link to print above) and label each category of items with the inventory number. (bag or box same ornaments with one label)

70%: $7 (70% of sales price of $10)
This year, we would like to add colorful, whimsical, and elegant metallic, ceramic, wood, fiber, etc., holiday seasonal items to our shop, like handcrafted decorations, wreaths, swags, candles, yard art, and ornaments.
For the first time we will have a new 18” doll handcrafted accessories section.
We need handcrafted gift items to sell for men, women, and children.
Your holiday items may be displayed in the Christmas Shop and/or Retail Shop, as we move items around for greater visibility.
Please do not bring items that did not sell last year.
Because of limited space, we will only accept a dozen of the same ornament.
Label and bring your own display item if needed.
You can sign or initial on each piece or attach a small label, but we do not display your business cards.
Between January 6 and 7, between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m., anyone can pick up your unsold items.
Items not picked up by January 7 will be considered donated to the WE.
We mail checks for what has sold on the 10th of each month.
We will call you when we need to replenish your stock.
