Consignor Take in appointments available on Mondays during the sale. Call 901-307-1191 to schedule an appointment and discuss the items you wish to sell. All inventory forms, contract, and W-9 must be submitted the Wednesday prior to your appointment.

Consignor Checklist

  1. REQUEST TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT by calling our volunteers at 901-307-1191.

  2. If appointment is scheduled, Complete your Consignor Contract for WE CONSIGN 2026. (Click the link to access form.)

  3. Complete your IRS Form W-9 to be eligible for payment of items sold. If you are an existing consignor with the WE that has received payment in 2025, you are not required to submit another W-9. Please complete a new form if you have had a change of address.

  4. Inspect all of your items to be sure they are not broken or damaged. All items must be CLEAN, POLISHED, and in VERY GOOD CONDITION to sell. WE will not accept any items in dirty packaging. You are responsible for unpacking your items individually to present at check in.

  5. Complete your INVENTORY FORM ONLINE (click here). Please ask for assistance IN ADVANCE if you need help. Email weconsign@weofmemphis.org to reach our volunteers.

  6. Provide 3 self-addressed stamped envelopes with your items if you wish to receive monthly sales reports by mail.

  7. Pay your Consignor Fee at the front desk upon arrival for your check in appointment. Fee is $25 for the first 25 items and an additional $25 for each 25-50 items. We will not accept more than 50 items per consignor at this time.

MARCH SALES PAID BY APRIL 10

APRIL SALES PAID BY MAY 10

MAY SALES PAID BY JUNE 10

YOU WILL BE PROVIDED WITH INFORMATION AT YOUR TAKE IN APPOINTMENT TO GET SIGNED UP FOR DIRECT DEPOSIT IF YOU WISH. THIS IS OPTIONAL BUT PREFERRED.

Items Must be in VERY GOOD CONDITION. Items considered for Take In include but are not limited to:

Antique, Art Deco, and Art Nouveau Small and Medium Furniture

High Quality China, Crystal, Tabletop items and Serveware

Rugs, Lighting, and Framed Wall Art

Small brand name home decor items, collectibles, and antique books

Fur coats, capes, and stoles

Depression era glass

Herend, Lalique, Lladro and quality porcelains

New and unused Linens

WE DO NOT ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

Apparel, oversized furniture, broken items or those needing repair, dirty or stained items, items with a very low retail value, incomplete sets, any subject matter or design considered offensive or socially inappropriate.
