CHRISTMAS BOUTIQUE
September 1 through December 18
IMPORTANT DATES
• September 1: Take-in for outdoor and large Christmas items, including garlands and wreaths.
• October 1, 2, and 5–9: Take-in for all other Christmas items.
• October 27–29: Pick up all fall items.
GENERAL GUIDELINES
• The Woman’s Exchange reserves the right to refuse any items that we consider inappropriate for the sale.
• We will not accept individual items valued under $5.00. We suggest bundling lower-priced items together. For example, two items may be bundled and priced at $5.00. No items will be priced at $1.00.
• Your consignment registration fee allows you to bring up to one dozen of any single themed item. For example, you may bring one dozen snowflake ornaments and one dozen candy cane ornaments. Once those items sell, we will contact you if additional items are needed.
• Beginning the week of December 14, all Christmas items will be marked 50% off.
• If you do not want your items marked down, they must be picked up on December 10 or 11. During take-in, please tell the Woman’s Exchange representative that you plan to pick up your items early so a pickup time can be scheduled.
• Any Christmas items not picked up by December 18 will become a donation to the Woman’s Exchange.
ALL CONSIGNORS
• All items must be listed and priced before they are brought to the Woman’s Exchange.
• We are looking for upscale items. No clothing will be accepted.
• Handcrafted items—including ornaments, stockings, candles, blankets, tea towels, pottery, sewn or knitted items, crocheted items, and wreaths—will be paid at 70% to the consignor and 30% to the Woman’s Exchange.
VINTAGE TREASURES
• Vintage treasures include Christmas houses, Disney ornaments, keepsake ornaments, dishes, silver, previously owned Christmas decorations, and similar items.
• Vintage treasures will be paid at 50% to the consignor and 50% to the Woman’s Exchange.
• All items submitted for consignment must be cleaned, polished, and in good condition.
• Please list vintage treasures on a separate inventory sheet.
REGISTRATION FEE
• A $25 consignment registration fee will be charged to each consignor.
• If you have already paid a consignment fee in 2026, your fee for the Christmas Boutique will be waived.
CONSIGNOR PAYMENTS
• Payments for sales will be mailed or directly deposited on the 10th of the month following the month of the sale.
• We prefer direct deposit because mail is costly and can be unreliable.
• Direct deposit forms will be available when you bring in your items and will also be available online.
• Final payments will be issued to consignors within 30 days after the Christmas Boutique closes.
